  This post office is supposed to be delivering packages on Sunday to Amazon Prime members. We are one of the few Sunday delivery markets that Amazon has. The PO has stopped delivering on Sunday and are changing the dates on Sunday to another delivery day, even though they have the packages at the PO. I contacted Amazon and filed a complaint. This post office is violating their contract. As with many PO's in Florida, unprofessional and rude clerks and mangers. .

  Celine, the supervisor in this post office could take her attitude couple notches down. I do not appreciate being talked to as I am dumb, just because I do not understand your lingo. And if she would listen what customers are saying maybe she would be able to answer questions better. When customers asks to explain something "I just told you" is not appropriate answer. When customer asks you to be able to take a look at form/ paperwork "there is nothing to look at" is not appropriate answer. Being rude and cocky is not appropriate behaviour for a government employee.
